Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for medication refills. Note that if your pet's medication is from a compounding pharmacy, this time is extended to 3 - 5 business days.

Please do not arrive for your pet's medication until we have contacted you by phone or email that it is ready to be picked up.

Please use the form below to request your prescription refill or food item. We will process your request quickly and contact you to let you know that it is ready.

Note: Some prescriptions will require an examination of your pet prior to re-filling. Pets must be up to date on exams. This ensures that your pet is healthy enough to handle the potential side effects of some prescriptions and provides further confirmation that the medication is appropriate for your pet’s current condition.
