We have been taking our pets to Dr. Gerena for over 15 years (dogs and cats). Dr. Gerena and the entire staff are wonderful! They are so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The technicians always make a fuss over our dogs; so much so they love going for appointments. Dr. Gerena is extremely thorough in his pet care plans and when possible will present more than one treatment option. Dr. Gerena removed a mast cell tumour from our past golden retriever and the vets at the University of Guelph commended him on the surgery. The staff at Clarke Animal Hospital are so fantastic that my in-laws from the GTA are now bringing their dog to the clinic. I honestly can't say enough positive things about Dr. Gerena and the staff at Clarke Animal Hospital!

Dr. Gerena and the entirety of the staff at Clarke Animal Hospital are truly second-to-none. My pets have always received the best of care during both scheduled and emergency appointments, and the calm and reassuring demeanour of both Dr. Gerena and the staff when things are stressful is a testament to their level of care and professionalism.
I can not express enough how wonderful the Clarke Animal Hospital is. I started going there in 2011 with my 2 older cats and recent 2 Chihuahua puppies. This was the first vet clinic I went to after moving to London. I will be honest, reason was close to my home. I was so happy with the way the people working there made you feel valued and cared for. You can see with each individual working there the care they put into there profession. When seeing Dr. Jason, you know that first and foremost he cares not only about your fur baby but how your doing too, especially in the times when you have an elderly or sick one that is leaving you. Sadly with age and sickness my cats have passed and one of my pups at 14yrs passed this yr. 2 yrs ago we added a husky to our family and he also see Dr. Jason. If your looking for a Vet Service that genuinely cares for you and your pet call Dr. Jason and the Clarke Animal Hospital on Dundas St. Thank you Dr. Jason and thank you to your staff for always being there!

Hands down THE BEST vet in this city! I’ve been taking my dogs to Dr. Jason for 25yrs and there isn’t a vet in this world that I trust more than him! Jason and his staff are absolutely amazing, kind, caring and very understanding. They literally treat every single animal that comes through their doors like their own! We’re very grateful for them! Couldn’t ask for better care for Samson than what Dr. Jason and his team provided. From Samson’s first visit to his last, the level of compassion was evident. You have to love what you do in order to do it well. Dr. Jason and his team love what they do, and they do it exceptionally well. Samson loved going to the vet, which sounds weird, but he loved seeing everyone… (if you know Samson, you know how he commands attention from everyone). Even though he was poked and prorated, he always jumped out of the truck and ran inside (maybe the treats had something to do with it). If you’re searching for a new vet, or if you’re thinking of getting a pet, this is the clinic you want looking after their care.
